Was due to fly with the family (6 of us) to Tenerife in December for New Year. Now we have no flight and are £2000 out of pocket until ATOL gives us a refund which i’m told could take up to 6 months! Don’t have another 2k in the bank so can’t book more flights so thats out holiday ruined and the money we paid for our Villa lost. Absolute nightmare, we are gutted, no help from the Travel agent either!
