Egypt, Mexico and Turkey are being tipped to be the Summer 2009 holiday hotspots due to them being a non-euro zone.
ABTA and the foreign office have said there will be a significant increase in British visitors as holiday makers are favouring destinations that do not use the Euro because of the poor current exchange rate.
Egypt has seen nearly 40% increase in passengers in the last year and over 30% more going to Turkey.
Brits are now becoming more adventurous and travelling further afield to get the best value for money holiday.
